Well I am back from Paris. It was a great experience but man those hills we had to ride up near Dover were just insane.... Another thing that was pretty apparent... the Effiel Tower is HUGE!!! I knew it was big but heck its just one of things that you just have to go really experience the size of it. And it was only meant to be a temporary exhibition when it was built? nothing about it really screams temporary structure..
Well hopefully I'll have photos to show you soon. Unfortunately my phone decided to die during the trip and any photos I took with it probably will disappear so i'm kinda relying on other people for the pics. Just be patient.

London to Paris
Hey all!
First I would like to say sorry for the inactivity for the past year. Me having to work full-time as well as studying just doesn't allow the spare time to do all that I want.
To sum up all I have done though is pretty much pub work and Train2Game assignments. Unfortunatley I haven't drawn much as I wanted, I kinda found out during all this that I can't balance my time well still recently I've made some progress. Still need to get some proper finished pics done though instead of just sketches. I really want to show people that I can do a decent piece of art.
Any way the real reason for the new update is to show my progress with a charity event me and my brother decided to enter. The organisation is called "Classic Tours" and we decided to cycle from London to Paris, with 50 other people, for our chosen charity "Save the Children".
All packed and ready to go, just need to get our start point and head out in about 13 hours.
Wish us luck!
p.s if you would to support us on this event there is a justgiving.com app on the side you can use.

Change.
Wow it has been awhile since my last post, can't really say I was busy but I did had a lot more on my mind so this wasn't really on the top of the priority list.
So whats been happening in my life? Well I have moved and planning to move again in the next two weeks back to my hometown. Hopefully it won't be permanent but it's better than renting a place when I don't have a job especially when I know I can work and look for the something better back home. Not really looking forward to the 4-5 hour journey though...
Next new thing thats has happened is that I'm now on a course that will hopefully provide my portfolio a much need facelift. The guys I'm taking this course from is "Train2Game", think you might have heard of these guys by now. I'll be doing the Game art and animation course, which I intend to finish unlike my last attempt with my university course....
Annnnd thats pretty much it. Still unemployed, still drawing, gaming and awesomely enough living =] wouldn't want it to change... well apart from being unemployed.

Life Drawing
Well yesterday was my last day of Life Drawing. I'll miss the awesome folks I met there, the class was the best thing I did after my fail at University... I'm surprised at the amount of drawings I did during my time there, quite amazing the amount you can do in 3 hours. It also helped me explore medias that i wanted for quite awhile but just never had the courage to and wow, after that I was thinking why i didn't try that any sooner.
I would definatetly recommend Life Drawing class to any aspiring artist.
I'll leave you with the drawings I did yesterday. The model we supposed to have wasn't in so we sketched each other.
